I’ve used the bitcoin machine a lot in the last few months.. and not by choice. It ate 700 dollars one time..it would spit bills out..and not except them. I wouldn’t get a receipt sometimes..the machine would be full..the bill mechanism wouldn’t grab a bill. I would have to travel miles to find one to work. When I first started using back in late summer..could get customer service on the phone..was great..now..you have to send email and wait 12-24 hrs to get a reply.
