I have used this bitcoin ATM machine ever since I started with bitcoin investing. I had no issues until today, my purchase was not reflecting on the paper wallet that was printed. I do have the receipt for the purchase but despite all attempts to contact this atm/s office, no one as responded to my urgent message via text, email or the phone numbers I called on the texts. If someone from this office/company reads this please do respond to my urgent messages asap. Thanks.
