The cost to convert and send was way over what it should have been, like 30% of the deposit went to buying and sending. Lucky the ATM was full and would not take the remaining amount. That ATM need service. Guess they lost some money with me. They sure took enough from my deposit. It was as if the btc price was at the 71K price, and was at the time just around 63k.
Your machine was very, very user friendly. Thanks for that. Before I used your machine, I called your 900 # to ask if your machines accepted cash. The lady that answered the phone did not know and took down my email and phone number and said someone would get back to me about that. No one ever did. Very odd that she wouldn't know the answer to the question. I took a chance and drove to the machine anyway.
Very easy to use but wish you didn’t charge a fee for using it. A $3 fee when not sending much is a little expensive.
