I will be giving this a 4 star since the machines are very frustrating to use sometimes for instance "connection problems" always or "machine can't be used at the moment" I spent almost 2 hours at one machine because it took my $90 and then printed a receipt saying connection error and that I gave it $0. The problem was later fixed almost instantly with 100% active on time support and that is why I gave it a 4 star
