STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Received great service from their technician on a same day call on 5/29. Came out to diagnose a fryer. Tried a couple of fixes, one of them involved replacing a thermostat. He thought it was fixed, left the site and 20 mins later the same issue happened. Called the office no problem they dispatched him again. This time he realized it wasn't the Thermostat and I asked would we still have to pay for the new thermostat and he mentioned no he'd remove it and order the other part we needed. As someone who runs a local business I have to say how absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL they are. We scheduled an emergency call with them and confirmed it, one of their drivers drove TWO AND A HALF hours to get here to do the job only to be told after waiting an hour for the secondary worker that they cancelled the job. No call to us, not even a call to the worker. That’s the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever dealt with. Please be aware that if you need something in a pinch, these definitely aren’t the guys to call!!
