Tried reaching someone 33 times but got nothing back. I need to have my cover-t orrs inspected for termites and bugs. Waiting on someone to get back to me. Also, I need my solar panels to start working ... Con Edison is giving us the run-around and yet my TV is using more electricity than ever, like it's got a mind of its own

Jim took care of my home inspection and was super professional, nice and prompt with everything! As a first time home buyer, I was really nervous but he was on time with everything and even reassured me that I did indeed decide to purchase a great place. His inspection report was very detailed and was sent to me the next morning. Definitely recommend and would utilize him again if need be.

I'm a first-time home buyer, so I don't know anything about home ownership. But what I do know is that I should get the house inspected before I commit thousands of dollars. Jim performed the home inspection when we were buying our condo. He was extremely thorough and helpful in his inspection, and was extremely detailed in the report provided after the inspection. He was very responsive when it came to making an appointment and his prices were very reasonable - highly recommend!
