Steve is by far one of the best inspector in the Michiana area. I called around different inspectors, out of all them. He was the best. I could tell. The scheduling was very easy. Then the follow up before and after the inspection was professional and responsive. I received the inspection report soon after and it’s all I needed. I will never close on a house again without doing an inspection with NPI first. The inspector was very detailed and took his time to loo at everything.
