Ed was very thorough with his inspection of the property we were interested in. He checked everything including things I would not have expected to inform us which I am very grateful for and best part his customer service was amazing to say the least. Ed did a wonderful job, he was able to accommodate our busy schedule. He was polite and professional. He worked with the seller and explained all her was doing throughout the process. His report was thoughtful and thorough. We had no feed back from the lender or insurance companies because he did such a complete job.

He has the right tools, is always prepared and professional, and has a deep understanding of home systems and structures. If your looking for an honest inspector and someone who will be fair I sujest reaching out to Ed Benoit at National Properties Inspection. I had the hardest home to close on that anyone could ever deal with and Mr Benoit stood beside me during the whole process and even came back to my house a second time to make sure everything was correct at no charge. He also did my radon test. When I finally closed on my home, Mr Benoit was sincerely happy for me. I highly recommend him.
