We were very pleased with all aspects of this inspection. Dave accommodated several schedule changes and provided a very thorough and comprehensive inspection / report. We definitely feel that the inspection performed by Dave and his team was money well spent, and we will not hesitate to recommend him to others.
First time home buyer here, went in very naive as to what was going on but Dave was very informative and helpful and wanted to make sure he was doing the best for me. 10/10 would use again if I need to and will recommend him to all my friends and family.
