Inspector was on time and went to work immediately. Brought me up to speed on what he had done before I got there. Showed me the scope of the inspection and went over how items of interest are addressed and categorized. Used up to date methods and equipment to complete his inspection. My inspector Derek Groves, was very professional and informative. He explained everything as he did it and was very thorough and careful with my home inspection.With me being a first time home buyer he made sure to answer all my questions and even informed me of the next steps of what to do after the inspection. His communication and work ethic was great and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection!

The inspection was extremely thorough and well done. The gentleman who completed our inspection was also great with explaining everything he observed and what we may need to do for a future fix. While we wanted the house, the inspection showed that it may be more of a money pit than a good investment. Thanks to them, we avoided purchasing a house that may have been more trouble than it was worth.
