I thought I had found the best little farmhouse in a price range that I could afford. Derek’s expertise kept me from making a huge financially bad decision. The house needed extensive repairs which the sellers refused to acknowledge. Highly recommend!!
Mr. Howard did an excellent job during my home inspection. I am a first time home buyer and he was thorough during the inspection and very detailed in his explanations of everything me. He even gave me some advice on owning a home! Really appreciate the great work he did!
Inspector was on time and went to work immediately. Brought me up to speed on what he had done before I got there. Showed me the scope of the inspection and went over how items of interest are addressed and categorized. Used up to date methods and equipment to complete his inspection.
