Biggest disappointment in my home buying experience. At the time of our home purchase (precisely 2 years ago) Holiday Inspections with NPI seemed to have done a reasonably good job. They noted we needed repair of some window seals, a torn shingle over our garage, that our water heater needed a 1in clearance and a few other minor things that were handled prior to our purchase.
