To start I am not one to leave bad reviews online, but this incident took a lot out of me where I felt the need to share this ridiculous situation that took place with an employee at JC global Insurance. I had been a customer for years with this agency, I had purchased a new vehicle this June and as usual emailed my direct agent for a vehicle change on my auto policy, for 3 months I did not hear back from my agent.
