Worst company to deal with. Quick to get you signed up into a policy but terrible service during and afterwards. Overpriced policies compared to other agencies for the same coverage. I would not recommend this agency.
Pam Sylvester is wonderful! She is always helpful, kind and very responsive. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are getting the best rate for your coverage. I highly recommend her and SIG Nationwide Insurance Agency is very lucky to have her!
It's not everyday you can call a insurance company and get great customer service as well as a great representative with a great personality. I needed insurance help, I had made the decision to call SIG insurance agency, that's where Ben Davis had helped me tremendously. Since then I have referred several friends and family members, who have all been assisted with the great service I was. He shows appreciation towards every customer, and that goes a long way. He finds the best quotes that will work for you!!
Very happy customer! After reaching out to my current insurer and being told there was no way of lowering my premium, I decided to try elsewhere. I shopped around but was unable to find any reasonable insurance quote. I then reached out to Justin Mayo over at SIG and in less than 24hrs I had a quote for insurance that is $500 less than what I was already paying! I've been with SIG for many years and their customer service has been top notch. I recently had to transfer insurance between cars and update policies and my agent, Justin Mayo, was superb. He provided me quotes, how to go through the process and worked with the dealer so all I had to do was walk in and pick up the car. It's really nice to be able to phone or email and receive such good service.
