It's not everyday you can call a insurance company and get great customer service as well as a great representative with a great personality. I needed insurance help, I had made the decision to call SIG insurance agency, that's where Ben Davis had helped me tremendously. Since then I have referred several friends and family members, who have all been assisted with the great service I was. He shows appreciation towards every customer, and that goes a long way. He finds the best quotes that will work for you!!

Very happy customer! After reaching out to my current insurer and being told there was no way of lowering my premium, I decided to try elsewhere. I shopped around but was unable to find any reasonable insurance quote. I then reached out to Justin Mayo over at SIG and in less than 24hrs I had a quote for insurance that is $500 less than what I was already paying! I've been with SIG for many years and their customer service has been top notch. I recently had to transfer insurance between cars and update policies and my agent, Justin Mayo, was superb. He provided me quotes, how to go through the process and worked with the dealer so all I had to do was walk in and pick up the car. It's really nice to be able to phone or email and receive such good service.

Everything is done by the representatives to create a sense of trust between agent & customer, this type of personalized service is paramount to us. While some online "insurances" might be lower cost, its the peace of mind that counts for us, there is a real person at the end of the phone with real solutions including at a physical location for a more in-depth interaction. I have chosen to follow Pam from her previous workplace to SIG Insurance without hesitation & highly recommend her highly adept knowledge of the business.
