We have been working with Kathy Carpenter agency for many many years. Sonia is our main contact and is fantastic! She's always professional but always very personal as well. She is quick to respond and help with our needs. She's answered so many questions as we go back-and-forth with changing addresses, payment options, adding people to the auto policy, etc. She's always had good explanations and answers to whatever questions we put in front of her.

You can always find cheaper insurance somewhere but you can't always find people like Sonia or Kathye who genuinely care about you and are eager to jump to the task of helping you when it counts and you need your policy to do what it actually says it will do. I have had 2 claims since being with them and I felt like it was important to them and they made it as easy as possible for me to get things taken care. Sonia is always available to talk on the phone with questions I have. She is very good at calling back in a timely manner and responding to emails in a timely manner. I highly recommend her. When my daughter was looking for her own insurance, she started using Sonia because of her great customer service and availability.

For more than 10 years I have my home and car insurance with Kathye Carpenter Agency, but the most important thing for me is the service and attention that Sonia Roseberry has given me during all these years. She has been very professional and has managed to meet my expectations as a customer. I highly recommend Kathye Carpenter Agency but mainly for a professional service ask for Sonia, without a doubt she will give you all the attention you need.

Sonia is always super helpful! She takes initiaive to call or contact me when policies are nearing an update. In every instance, she is prepared PRIOR to contacting me by having all my options ready to review. She makes the process of getting insurance so easy & painless! I never have to panic that my questions wont be answered.
