Drove my mother out to Canton office. Lovely to discover they are not even located there. Website says Canton office hours. And she was sent there to drop off paperwork. Very frustrating that office closed and no one seems to be even aware of I!!
Nick and his team took charge of commercial and personal insurance several years ago. The service has been exemplary. But perhaps most importantly, we recently had a claim here at the office which was handled very quickly and far exceeded my expectations. This is especially true in light of how it compares to the treatment the other tenants have received from their carriers.
I am curious about our policy,we feel like we being put on a list. We have been with Nationwide for about 30 years and can't even contact anyone. Also once again the owners or operators have left without telling anyone.
Dealt with Jen Martin. She was very nice, got me my answers fast. Service was very good.
Great experience...very professional, honest and saved me money. Highly recommended.
