I mean, does Amanda Hathaway need another review? She asked, so, absolutely I will! Had the enclosed trailer I was looking for. Communicated with me for a few days, while I was on duty working. Made sure the trailer I wanted was there when I arrived, even though someone else tried to buy it. The whole purchasing process was super fast. I was very impressed with the whole process and would recommend to anyone. Go see Amanda and say Robert Donnell sent you!
Fantastic service. RJ, the service manager, told me to bring the gooseneck by while I was passing through KC for work. He tested everything regarding the wiring, found the issue(running lights had stopped working), and had it all repaired while I went to fill up on diesel just up the street. By the time I got back, he brought it right to me and provided me with a small part for free I had been needing. No fees, no paperwork, no hassles. Just fixed it up and had me on my way in under an hour. Impeccable service RJ!
We bought a cargo trailer and Amanda was awesome, very knowledgeable and got us in and out quick. The other workers were also very friendly. Highly recommend buying here!
Amanda Walker at the Oak Grove, Missouri location was absolutely fantastic to deal with. She answered all the questions and concerns I could come up with and supplied any pictures needed. I had to travel 4.5 hours one way to pick the trailer up and the only time I had available was on a Sunday. Even though they are normally closed on Sunday she was willing to come in and get me taken care of. Thanks again Amanda! Keep handling business like that and you'll be around for the long haul!
Was looking for a trailer to haul my subcompact and zero turn at the same time. Became challenging to find something within a decent price range that also suited the needs. Originally was browsing utility trailers but then determined I needed something a bit heavier duty for not just my toys but some of my farm equipment as well. I ended up going with a 20' PJ Equipment trailer with a 2' Dove and HD Ramps. This nice setup has much more than I need and was affordable.
