I don’t normally subscribe to the pest control service and had no intention to when Ryan knocked on our door. (Although it is hard to say no to someone out hustling the old fashion way, door to door), after saying no several times, I asked Ryan about his future plans. Turns out he was a returned missionary. Natura Pest Control does a great job! Our tech Barron was very good at communicating clearly and being very willing to spray inside where I wanted. He also sprayed our entire perimeter fence line in addition to the perimeter of our house. When I explained finding a dead rat in our backyard, he opened the bait box outside and moved it closer to where we found it. I would highly recommend.
Jeremy was wonderful when he stopped over at our house yesterday. He explained things well and was very polite & friendly. Liam came today to do the actual spraying and was also very nice and knowledgeable! Great team & great service. We are happy to have found Natura! Thank you!!!
Liam was polite and seemed to do a good job. I thought the service was a little pricey at 550 for 1 year and 4 quarterly visits. But I have to keep the wife happy and get rid of the wasps, ants and spiders. They said it was kid and pretty safe. I guess we'll see how effective it is. The service guy was professional and friendly
Ryan was out this morning to treat our outside yards and perimeter of the house. He was so friendly, and took time to chat with me and relive a small mouse trap that I was squeamish about confronting. It was a fairly quick process, and he smiled and knocked again at the end, graciously letting me know he had finished up and wishes me a good day! Top notch service all around!
