I had an excellent experience at this dental office! The entire team is friendly, professional, and truly cares about their patients’ comfort. The dentist - Dr. Kapil Garg, was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the visit. Just had my 2nd routine dental cleaning done today. The dental hygienist was very thorough with the cleaning. Definitely felt that my teeth were cleaned properly. It was a great experience.
Dr. Melody Lu and Nina were absolutely fabulous. They were very patient and gentle with my mom. I highly recommend this place. Truly excellent service.
I am very disappointed in this establishment. My girlfriend went recently and mentioned her severe anxiety towards the dentist and they did not acknowledge nor accommodate for it. Also knowing that we do not have any benefit plans or insurance they still pushed the most expensive treatments and almost judged about choosing the less expensive treatment.
Office was nice and service was nice until I was surprised with a $250 bill to pay out of pocket. When I questioned the amount as I have never had to pay more than $30 at a dentist office the response was “ oh it’s probably the X-rays since insurance only covers them being done every two years”. I wasn’t warned about the cost before hand or asked when I had X-rays last done. I had asked when booking the appointment if they needed my previous dentist information to get my records.
