Everyone at this office were extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. The receptionist, Medical assistant and of course the doctors. I admire Dr. Sara, She always goes above and beyond for her patients.
I was very happy with the Doctor she was very knowledgeable and caring. The staff was very helpful during my visit.
She's very concerning about my health .the only thing is I waited a little bit for her to enter the room but that's considering it's an doctors office other wise they are very pretty good .. thank you
The receptionists are awful. A few months ago I requested a call back about abnormal labs and I was told the office was short staffed so they didn’t know when I would get a call back. To this day I never was called back with a treatment plan for my abnormal labs. I was scheduled for an appointment today and the road was closed. I called the office and the receptionist told me to use the GPS. I explained that the GPS was only showing me the road that was closed so I kept driving around in circles. Dr. Ventura and all her staff are exceptional! Dr. Ventura is so kind and thoughtful. She explains everything and answers all my questions so I stay informed. Love this practice! Give them all a 10!
