I was having a procedure done by Dr. Carrese but it was done at The Naugatuck Surgical Ctr this time. All this staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel at ease just like at his Farmington offices. I have never met nurses, PA'S, medical Asst. and staff so funny & friendly as ALL his staff! He himself and the Anesthesiologist's are the BEST! Thank you very much! Catherine Peters
Everything went very smoothly. Everyone as so very nice. From check in to post op. I was feeling a little nervous before going into the OR, I have to say that Dr. Brothers cheerful personality put me at ease. Thank you everyone.
I'm originally from CT, but currently reside in Florida. Went on vacation, and had to assist someone for a surgical procedure and I have to say that compared to many surgery centers that I have experienced, this one was top notch. Just walking in I felt the calm atmosphere and my surroundings were quiet. Felt like I was in the hospital, but with very few people in the waiting room or lobby. At least one individual at the front desk could learn a lot from the idea that it's not hard to treat people with kindness. Just called to reschedule a procedure and was treated very rudely.
My experience with Naugatuck Valley Surgical Center was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I was scheduled for eye surgery this morning, arrived on time, and was blindsided by being told my surgery was cancelled. The reason they gave was that I hadn’t taken my medications correctly. This is not true. Weeks before my surgery, I went through the required pre-operative physical.
