The staff was wonderful. The doctors were pleasant, informative and had a great bedside manner. The only complaint we had was the waiting area. You entered on one entrance your ride waited there, but then you were walked outside to go to the surgical area. There was no waiting area near there so the staff would have to go inside walk to the other door, get your ride and then they waited for you to be discharged and you can leave . Everyone was wonderful from the check-in through prepping me for my surgery, and through the surgery itself. They explained everything that was going to happen and made me feel less anxious. Definitely would recommend.
Every nurse and doctor in there are exceptionally nice and very informative about everything they have to do. No wait time and they make you feel very comfortable and are very kind.
This is my second time here for a colonoscopy. 3 years ago I had an endoscopy with colonoscopy and both experiences were great. Wonderful team with great bedside manner. I couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you NVSC!
Everyone was very nice I have no complaints although the doctor could have been a little more friendly since it was my first time meeting him and not so much in a rush but other than that it was a good visit
