Jessica, at StoragePro in Bel Marin Keys, went above and beyond with her excellent customer service! She is very friendly/personable, and when that location didn't have the unit size I was looking for, she found a convenient location for me that did have it and called Ted, at Nave Self Storage, to let him know I was coming over. Nave Storage is a great storage facility. Ted in the front office helped with finding me the perfect size unit immediately. He also made the move in and move out process seamless. The units and building are impeccably clean, safe, and reasonably priced. I appreciated the kind service and support in getting my belongings into the unit. Ted showed me the carts available and prepared the paperwork quickly and efficiently. After finding Nave Self Storage as an alternative to a high priced storage yard in my area, I couldn’t be happier. The facility is cleaner than, more convenient than and cooler than my previous place. I placed my belongings in a 10 by 15 at Nave Storage 3 years ago. Picked it up and finally brought it home. My belongings were found in perfect condition less a little dust. The place is clean, run professionally, and the staff are always helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this facility.
We have used Nave Self Storage for 3 years and they are a great storage company. We have never had a complaint and they are very honest and trustworthy.
