Just moved my storage (from Rohnert Park) to Nave in Novato (closer to home). I want to acknowledge the manager, Ted who made the decision to move easy. He was courteous and answered my questions concerning timing, showed me the unit and facilities, and was able to accommodate the online move-in pricing. On moving day he checked in with me and the movers. Love the new facility and am very comfortable with the management.
I am so happy I found Nave Self storage! I have been to quite a few storage locations over the years and there is a wide range of quality. Nave is the best I have found! Very clean, great price, convenient location. Ted, the manager who issued my storage units, is so very kind, considerate, and helpful. Everything about my experience of signing up for and moving into my storage units at Nave was a happy experience. Thank you Ted and Nave Self Storage!

Ted is very efficient at getting the right storage units for you.He is above accommodating! One evening my delivery was running late and he stayed past closing to let them in. Also he keeps the place immaculate!
