I am so happy I found Nave Self storage! I have been to quite a few storage locations over the years and there is a wide range of quality. Nave is the best I have found! Very clean, great price, convenient location. Ted, the manager who issued my storage units, is so very kind, considerate, and helpful. Jessica, at StoragePro in Bel Marin Keys, went above and beyond with her excellent customer service! She is very friendly/personable, and when that location didn't have the unit size I was looking for, she found a convenient location for me that did have it and called Ted, at Nave Self Storage, to let him know I was coming over. Ted is very efficient at getting the right storage units for you.He is above accommodating! One evening my delivery was running late and he stayed past closing to let them in. Also he keeps the place immaculate!
