Nave Storage is a great storage facility. Ted in the front office helped with finding me the perfect size unit immediately. He also made the move in and move out process seamless. The units and building are impeccably clean, safe, and reasonably priced. I appreciated the kind service and support in getting my belongings into the unit. After finding Nave Self Storage as an alternative to a high priced storage yard in my area, I couldn’t be happier. The facility is cleaner than, more convenient than and cooler than my previous place. I placed my belongings in a 10 by 15 at Nave Storage 3 years ago. Picked it up and finally brought it home. My belongings were found in perfect condition less a little dust. The place is clean, run professionally, and the staff are always helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this facility.
Ted runs the self storage facility behind Pini Hardware and he couldn’t have been nicer helping me to rent one, showing me the facility and the moving carts, lifts, etc. Very clean, neat and convenient location, too!
I had a 5x10 unit in Novato for over 7 years. The facility is clean and a safe place to be. I never had a problem with the facility or staff. Kevin was there on my last day and was very accommodating and friendly. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was that the rent kept going up and in my situation, it was hard to swallow all of the price increases in general, but I believe it was lower than others in the general Bay Area. Good location and easy access.
