I just received started with the company and is a fun and friendly workplace. Everyone is very helpful and willing to make you succeed. I would say this is a job if you love having fun.
I never applied to this company, but they contacted me anyway through Indeed. I researched the company before the zoom interview and even though they said it was supposed to be customer Service position, everything about this company screams sales sales sales. The people were nice but this job is not worth it at all. I contacted the HR department regarding my pay but the HR manager stated that I need to “complete your 18 days of training in order to qualify for the $400 per week”. That absolutely insane because any other employer would pay their employees. I also send them proof of my sales but they never responded. This business is unprofessional and I don’t recommend anyone to work here.
NCO is more than a marketing company for clients And customer needs. They help you cultivate door to door sales skills and become an entrepreneur. A fun interactive environment to work in. Take 6 months to invest in yourself! Thanks for the opportunity.
