While it took a few calls to determine best way to get our vehicle out of underground parking facility. Most recent tow co. had a plan, move vehicle as close to parking gate and back-up tow truck. Tow driver was excellent, exchanged all needed paperwork, charged up battery so we could put vehicle in neutral, put air in all 4 tires & I helped him move vehicle to spot by gate, he expeditiously hooked vehicle up and was gone. Good communication with NCS Vehicle Donations during whole process.
