Neil and his crew are awesome. Brought my Saabaru in for a tune and to fix some phantom fuel issues and they gave it back to me like it should have been from the factory without having me spend any needless money. Car has never been happier and communication and pricing were open and honest. Will definitely be back if I need anything and cannot recommend enough!

...How do I make this very long story short? I purchased used 2013 Subaru Impreza in a very bad shape with the idea to put some money in refreshing the suspension, brakes...engine was supposed to be okay. Purchased a Subaru, still in the process of getting it inspected, somethings had popped up and there were some discrepancies. Mechanics can sometimes see things differently, like in any other line of work. Neil and I had a back and forth conversation providing the information from the other mechanic. Somethings were missed initially, Neil took accountability and addressed the issues as presented. I can respect that. I took my daughter’s Subaru to Neil a month or so ago. This young man is a throwback to an era that doesn’t exist anymore. He is a man of his word who appreciates the meaning of a handshake. On top of that, he is a genius mechanic that focuses on the customer experience and goes above and beyond what anybody else would do. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

My daughter recently bought a Subaru legacy from this dealer and it was one of the best experiences we've had with any maintenance mechanic or car dealer ever. We dealt with Neil personally. And he was honest up front trustworthy. And very clear about everything. He kept his word about everything that he said he would And still to this day if my daughter has had any issues with the vehicle.
