Jim showed us a lot of houses in the area we requested. Once we made and offer, he stayed on top of the process and kept us informed. This house was refirbished after a fire, so the process was a bit more complicated than usual. We bought the house around tax season. I sold a property through Bree. Being an out of state (Colorado) owner I was a little apprehensive. Bree was very knowledgeable of the market conditions and gave me advice on fair market value. Bree kept in contact throughout the entire process from listing to closing. Bree and her Team provided all the documentation required to sell the property through email and on their on-line secure document site (electronic signatures). Bree provided outstanding service and seems to work all hours of the day. I highly recommend her.
