Our experience working with the Neal & Neal team was good. The realtor that we primarily worked with was Alfred Garcia. Alfred was very professional and courteous through the entire process. It took longer than expected for us to decide on the right home for our family but Alfred was a trooper. Moving is never ideal however the process is much easier to manage when you work with a dedicated team of realtors. I would definitely recommend using The Neal & Neal team.

As a first time out-of-state house investor and buyer Chris Jacobs from the Neal & Neal team was great! Chris has qualities which are important to me as a buyer and investor which is honesty and responsiveness. During the entire time Chris was very helpful in determining the quality of the houses we were looking at. From the foundation, the neighborhood, to overall quality of the house. For the past 3 years I've been looking for a realtor who was going to work in the best interest of me. This lady is amazing, helped out every step of the way. Was always available to answer any questions. Got us way more than we expected to make off sale and sold it quick! Nothing bad to say about this lady, you can't go wrong with her.

Highest Recommendation! We had an excellent experience working with the Neal and Neal Team to purchase a house in San Antonio. The entire team was great. Big thank you to everyone who helped us behind the scenes! We worked extensively with a buyer's agent named Jim Bell. Jim helped us above what we can reasonably expect. Tripsie is amazing! Buying or selling a home can be a nightmare, but Tripsie guided us along the way. She set reasonable expectations of what needed to be done in our journey and most of all, she has a very honest and kind personality. Chris Jacobs and the entire Neal & Team crew were absolutely top notch throughout the whole moving process. My family is moving from out of town, and I can't describe how difficult it was to find realtors or agents that would work with us on a serious level. The Neal and Neal Team was extremely helpful during the whole process, especially when I needed someone to complete roof and HVAC repairs on the home. They found the right people to do the works.
