John was extremely knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions we had. John did an excellent job of making sure that we as first time home buyers understood every step of the process. John paid close attention to what we were looking for and used the information given to him to find a property that suited our needs well. John was even available after closing to assist in a number of things. I wholeheartedly recommend his services to any prospective home buyer.

I worked with Shane and his team on selling my house and they were great to work with. They provided good guidance on price point and drove a good consistent pace of showings. They were always available and responsive and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone interested in buying or selling a home in the San Antonio area.

Wonderful person! He was funny and knowledgeable, I felt like I was in good hands from the first phone conversation. His experience really showed when we got into a multiple offer situation, we won and still paid less than asking price for the home! Who does that? What can I say about Alfred Garcia, phenomenal! I know he doesn't usually do rentals, but he helped me find a place and even got them to knock off a bit of the monthly price. Excellent work.

I only had about 6 hours in San Antonio to view homes and make a decision, a huge decision. Boy am I glad Alfred was on my team! Not only did he pick me up from the airport, he had a meticulously planned schedule, which included lunch, to see all the homes I was interested in. Wouldn't you know, the home I loved was not even one I had picked, Alfred had this one in his back pocket because he knew it was what I wanted, it was not even on the market yet! Jim is super. Liked him the moment we met. Moving from Wisconsin to Texas. Made a couple trips and couldn't find what we wanted. I was beginning to think I would spend all our money on airfare. Jim figured out what I was looking for. I would check their website constantly and send a list of homes to Jim. He would send videos with an honest appraisal of the properties.
