Clint got our house sold in 4 days when other realtors said it would probably take a while or not happen at all. The offer was also more than we listed! He keeps close communication and was awesome!

My wife and I spent several days calling around trying to find a realtor when we moved to San Antonio so we literally googled "realtors that will respond" for kicks and Shane popped up. We called him and left a message and he called back in less than 5 minutes, we were shocked. Jason Clark was assigned to us after we inquired at Neal & Neal about a home. He was the best thing that could have happened to our home buying experience. Knowledgeable, courteous, understanding, insightful, attentive and extremely professional, he was always accommodating & flexible to our sporadically scheduled visits from out of the area. Alfred was our savior. We are military and were buying our home without seeing it. Through the process Alfred gave us great insight into the different areas of San Antonio and always kept our interests as his top goal. I know he had other clients but he was very responsive and made us feel as if we were his only clients. Being out of town, he visited every house we were interested in and then sent us video. Alfred is on top of things! He helped me buy a home when I really thought I could not. He was knowledgeable and dedicated to helping me with everything. Everyone should call him, especially if you've never purchased a home before or if you think there may be challenges stopping you.

Thanks Shane! Shane and his team were very professional! We had multiple offers within 2 days, including three above asking price. Shane guided us through a multiple offer scenario and our house sold above list price. He and the team gave us advice along the way, walking us through after contract negotiations. We had no hiccups. I would certainly use them again.
