Mike is an excellent communicator and very responsive. We feel as though we got a great deal on our home purchase and the process was as smooth as can be. He made good recommendations throughout the negotiations and process. We highly recommend him!
Shane was a true blessing to the closing of our house. Originally we weren't going to use a realtor as we had a buyer before getting to the listing part, but decided to have Shane help us with the contract through closing and are glad we did. We used neal and neal to buy and sell our first flip property in San Antonio. I worked with Clint neal for selling property and Jason for buying the property. Both were very helpful and they helped us to make the process smooth. Clint was able to get us multiple offers and at the price we are asked within 2 days. It was really great working both Clint and Jason. I will definitely use to buy and sell for our future investment property in San antonio area.
Clint Neal was the best. He gave me advice on staging and sold my home the day after listing! He's very knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend him.
