John Guerrero was my real estate agent who assisted me with finding a new home. I really don't like pressure salesman, who just want to make a sale. John isn't like that at all. He's very personable and what really sold me on him completely was when he told me to have patience and that the right home for me was the one that I fell in love with. That's the right answer. clint Neal and his awesome team assisted us with what we thought was going to be a dreadful and stressful process of selling our home. I can now say this team made is one of the least stressful and easiest processes! The whole team was great! Alfred was very patient with us as we embarked on our long journey to find our new home. He was very knowledgeable about every neighborhood we searched and about the entire process. We've bought homes before, but he still managed to point out items to us that we never realized were important in our previous purchases. I worked exclusively with Clint Neal and his team. The experience was great, painless and quick. I gave him a time frame for when I wanted my home sold and he ran with it.
