I had many issues to deal with such as last minute hail damage to deal with. Shane was always there to help me get through all the hurdles. We did several 3 way calls so he could also get first hand information on what was going on. Thanks again for all your hard work.

We was so lucky to be able to work with such a helpful, thoughtful real estate agent. This was our first time buying a home and working with our agent and the Neal & Neal team was by far the most comfortable, reassuring thing of the whole process!
