Shane Neal is amazing! We had multiple offers within the first week of listing our home in 2014. He also assisted with closing on our new home in 2015 - I almost lost my mind between the builder and the finance company - but Shane stayed on top of things and ensured a timely closing. This was the best experience I have ever had , not only did Shane explain the process of listing the house, what his team would do during the showing of the house and advising me on the best way to ready the house for the showings.
