Shane was a great realtor to work with! He's very responsive (replied to any e-mails/phone calls quickly) and thorough and knowledgable with the paperwork side of the business. Shane is a great listener and understood our concerns, and was able to successfully translate that in to the negotiation process. Through his actions and involvement, I feel he truly went above and beyond my expectations of a realtor, which made the experience much less stressful.

Shane is the best!! I cannot think of anyone better equipped to represent someone when buying/selling a house. He is an excellent communicator - always returning phone calls and/or emails promptly and in many cases, immediately. This is the hallmark of the way Shane does business.
