I worked with Cesar to buy a house in San Antonio. He was very quick to reply to all my questions and helped me get an offer in quickly. I was most impressed with his negotiation skills. He was able to get a stubborn seller to budge and meet us in the middle between the list price and my initial offer. I was very impressed!
