Dani was WONDERFUL helping us buy our first home! She was super knowledgeable about each area of town that we were looking at, and was willing to meet up at houses with us, even if it was short notice. She was super responsive and very knowledgeable on the VA loan process (which we used), and the home buying process in general. Initially, I had Dani help me purchase a home in SA but soon realized her amazing ability to negotiate and find alternatives to making my desired deal happen. After solidifying the home purchase I asked for her to help me sell my house in San Marcos. At the time the market went for a downturn, however, I was lucky enough to have her by my corner guiding me in holding out longer for a better offer, which came through!
Dani helped me buy my first home and it was seamless! I had so many questions and she was always there to answer them. She not only chose houses to see but when I saw some online that I wanted to see, she always made that happen. It was a great experience!
Dani is a very knowledgeable and informative realtor. She did everything I ask for and answered any questions I had promptly. Extremely happy with my home and realtor.
We loved working with Tonya, she was always willing to help and explained the whole process to us. Tonya was always available when we needed her for either questions or to view a listing of our choice. She stuck by our side all the way to the end during a challenging and long process at closing. We would definitely recommend Tonya to all our family and friends and will use her in the future!
Luz Angelica did an outstanding job. Since we were out of town, she even helped us find someone to fix the apartment, went and talked to the manager, got the apartment looking great so it could sell fast. She has helped us sell two apartments in San Antonio and with both of them we have had a great experience with her. Helpful, understanding, proactive.
