She was very responsive when talking about homes even though I contacted her 3months before I was going to buy. She offered facetime/zoom walkthroughs of homes but she blocked off a week for us to view houses when we flew in. As soon as we landed she already had 6 home showings lined up. Even in today's market she was very knowledgeable about what we would need to get an offer accepted. We ended up with a nicer house then what we thought we could afford and we go it at listed price. Jim’s knowledge of the area we were searching in helped us realize we needed to consider factors we hadn’t even thought of. He helped us go from a buyer with contingencies to a cash buyer using a third party- this changed the game for us and helped us buy our new home and sell our current home on our terms. He was responsive late in the evening and on weekends which is when homebuyers have time to search for homes. Jim is an expert in his field and will be highly recommended to our friends and family!

Amazing realtor. Spent time time to explain the whole process to me as a new home buyer and also explained the details of each home I looked at in depth and thoroughly. Never had an attitude or any bad experiences. Very knowledgeable and patient. Went though 9 offers to finally get accepted to a great offer, which she negotiated in my favor. Has been an amazing experience working with Elisa, and I know whoever gets to have her as a realtor will be very satisfied. Highly recommend her service!

Elisa is a very professional and honest Realtor always ready to guide the entire purchase process and in addition to being attentive she was beyond my expectations, at some point I felt her more than an advisor, she makes you feel comfortable as if she were a friend
