I recently hired Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning and had a fantastic experience. The scheduling process was easy, and the team arrived on time, ready to work. UPDATE: I was billed and provided a false inspection report for the Monday 7:30 am service that never took place. When they knocked on my door at 7:30 am I asked them to leave and come back another time. They never did. Yet I received an email “inspection report” indicating the service took place and my account was charged for the service. I had a relatively uneventful three years using this gutter cleaning service. 100% a scam. We ordered a gutter cleaning and they were on the roof for less than 5 minutes to complete gutter cleaning. Gutters not cleaned, blurry photos, and terrible customer service with excuse after excuse and no way to contact their field crews. Avoid this company there is a reason they are the cheapest.
Bryan’s crew did an outstanding job on cleaning the gutters of pine straw on the front and back of the house. They actually came twice- the first time after several days of rain, which would have made the job difficult, annd the second when everything was dry. They also cleaned debris from the front porch roof. Every bit was cleaned up from the yard as well! Polite and courteous- l could not ask for a better service!
Gamaliers crew was fantastic. They explained to me how they were going to proceed with the cleaning and quickly went to work. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they were very professional and polite. Overall I am more than pleased with their service and I will recommend them to everyone I know that may need the same work done. Great job guys!
