Always a wonderful experienced I have been banking here for a while at Jennings Branch and they are always professional and courteous!
I stopped by to open an account and left immediately upon being told they do not have washroom facilities.
My Card got stuck in the outside machine and it wouldn’t come out. They had to replace my card but it’s upsetting to me because one of the workers gave me a Black card and I really like it. But because I didn’t have a business account I couldn’t get another, I had to settle for the regular cards and I really don’t like it. Moral of the story is, this location needs to get those outside machines fixed ASAP

Torron, if that is his real name at the Jennings branch was horrible, clueless, and a jerk. He also worked the live agent at the Hallsferry branch. His uneducated and untrained behavior wasted my time, money, energy and gas. He tried to put a $400 check on hold, I’ve cashed bigger checks from that same company without any holds.
