I am sorry I wanted to get a joint account at this location but someone lied to me. Everytime I came to this location they kept telling me no they can't, everytime no matter what I said. Someone lied saying I couldn't do video call on the phone. I called zachary location and was able to do the joint account with no problem. Someone better start checking these workers at this place, they are giving ppl misinformation to not get a joint account.
I absolutely enjoy being a member of Neighbors Federal Credit Union because the employees are sincerely interested in and committed to helping me when I enter each branch. The facilities are clean, spacious, beautifully decorated. Thank you, NFCU!
I’ve been a member for a little over a month and a half and have had great experiences with the staff in person and over the phone. The most impactful experience I had was picking up my debit card in person. I was warmly greeted by Ms. Idella as soon as I entered the building and she was very professional and inviting. Ms. Idella Corley did an amazing job!!!! had me in and out expeditiously! She was very nice and sweet! Took care of everything for me! I definitely recommend you ask for her when you go.
