Warm and inviting. The person at the entrance who assisted me was pleasant. The person whi I did my transaction with (Cynthia) has assisted me on two previous occasions and each time was pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. She is was very acknowledgeable. The first day I came in to open up a bank account, Sheila Jarrels told me that I had to bring in my physical social security card and then she would give me my debit card. The next day when I returned with my social, Sheila told me that my date of birth was “wrong” on my Driver’s License and that I would have to bring in my birth certificate.
