I noticed my furnace having trouble and it was late at night. Neil Thomas has a convenient Service Request form on their website. They called promptly the next morning and setup an appointment. The Technician showed up on time and was professional, friendly, and informative. He figured out the problem rather quickly and took care of the fix. There’s absolutely nothing to complain about. I met 2 MIT Techs ; Kevin and Hunter who came to my home to clean my furnace , motor . Disassembly , cleaning reassembly takes thoughtful, meticulous work . I was so impressed by their conscious awareness of my privacy , cleanliness , and their kind & considerate manner as they went about their work . This company has always gone out of their way to make sure our plumbing and heating needs are taken care of. We have reached out in less-than-ideal times and they were the first ones there to keep us warm during the winter and cool during the summer. I appreciate that the team goes above and beyond, offering to assist with small tasks that are not on their job scope. Highly recommend.
The technician did a great job. I was supposed to be first call at 8:00 in the morning no one showed up so I call Mike answer call said there was a emergency . Will be at your house at 11:00 . No one showed up so I call again technician still at job will call when done he didn't show up until about 1:00 . I was upset that no one called to tell me what was going on I could have gone to work if I new it was going to take that long to get here.
