A Breaker on our furnace kept tripping so we called Neil Thomas, we were told the problem was a bad breaker. I called after several days of not hearing anything, and they said they could not get the breaker and thought our builder had put an old furnace in our house that is less than 3yrs old. They recommended a new furnace. When we didn't go for that Dennis recommended doing other repairs. Called Amana and gave them our serial number, they verified our furnace was new. I noticed my furnace having trouble and it was late at night. Neil Thomas has a convenient Service Request form on their website. They called promptly the next morning and setup an appointment. The Technician showed up on time and was professional, friendly, and informative. He figured out the problem rather quickly and took care of the fix. There’s absolutely nothing to complain about. This company has always gone out of their way to make sure our plumbing and heating needs are taken care of. We have reached out in less-than-ideal times and they were the first ones there to keep us warm during the winter and cool during the summer. I appreciate that the team goes above and beyond, offering to assist with small tasks that are not on their job scope. Highly recommend.
