All newly renovated offering 18-23 therapies and up to 15 varying adjusting techniques. Nelson and Nelson Chiropractic Centers. No all ins welcomed any day any tine before 5pm daily. Saturdays at Hope Mills until 2pm. We open at 8:45am daily.
This office has the best staff and a great Doctor ! I love all the therapy ! They really take excellent care of patients! I will always come here !

Dr. Scott and staff do a great job. Hope mills has decompression therapy not a lot of places have that love that they do. Dr. Scott took X-rays and thoroughly went over them with me. Therapist explained everything they were going to be doing to me once I was in the therapy room. Insurance specialist met with me and explained everything to me as well. Not to mention the front desk was professional and greeted me with a smile. Would recommend this chiropractor to all.
Not sure who this patient saw at Nelson and Nelson Chiropractic Centers, we have 7 chiropractors. WE have Palmer Graduates of chiropractic. WE have seen thousands of patients and have grown to 6 locations. Not sure who adjusted this patient, but I can assure you that 95% of most of our patients are all very satisfied by their adjustments.
