Nelson Putman is great at keeping my tanks full on this never empty process they have. I never have to call never have to worry they always take good care of me. Their drivers are professional usually show up and leave a lot of times without even my knowledge.
We’ve used Nelson for years now. We recently upgraded to a 500 gallon tank and started the average billing plan. The tank has a sensor so they know exactly when to fill it and I know exactly what my bill will be each month. All the employees are always professional and helpful!
Not sure what the point of the website is if you can’t order propane online. Seems like a waste of time. Same with the review process. It took me 16 tries to leave a review. Kinda like they don’t really want you to leave a review. I didn’t want to leave any stars but the system forces you to pick at least one star to post a review. That’s shady AF.
They have always been nice and very easy to work with. I especially like Chris, one of delivery guys.
