Very good company. Always there when we need them. Workers are wonderful as always.
We called the Madisonville location & our call "routed" to the Huntsville location. They do an EXCELLANT job in covering each other! We dealt with Travis & had a GREAT experience getting a 1000-gallon tank delivered & installed the same day as our new whole home generator! A Great guy & company!
1/2/21- I will not shop here again. I was over charged and under served. It is partly my own fault for not asking the price and method of measure in advance. I assumed the cost would be calculated by either flow meter or weight. I had two 7-gallon LP bottles filled. One was empty, the other was at least 3/4 full and only needed topped off. I was told to remove the bottles from my RV because they had to be put on the scale to be weighed. Very easy process.
I had 5 LP tanks filled; four, 20-pound "barbeque" tanks and one 11-pound tank. A full 20-pound tank should weigh approx 37.5 pounds. Each of the four weighed between 33.2 and 33.9 pounds. The 11-pound tank only had 6 pounds of propane in it. I called and was told that my scale must be off. I weighed a 5 gallon jug filled with water and it was within 1/10 pound of specs.
