Call in orders make it easy to order propane and always get service within a day or two. Very pleased with the service they offer
They do what they say their going to do. No excuses, just plain old fashioned customer service is what you get
Best Propane provider in the area. They can provide everything from filling your small 20# tank to installation of a complete home supply system. They're always fast to respond to you calls, and it's normal for them to refill your larger home size tank with a day or so. Their prices are better then everyone else in the area, and I'm glad we selected Nelson as our propane provider...
Prices constantly go up and I'm not told until I see my bank statement. They do keep it filled. Recently had to have a new tank installed and it was done quickly. I would have liked a option to purchase the unit instead of a monthly "rental".
