They have been very responsive, especially in emergency situations such as winter storms. Their price tends to be slightly lower than their competition, but not by any significant amount. I go with Nelson because of good service, not for price which is almost the same from any source.
They were great to come out and refill my tank right before the winter cold snap we had. Very pleased with the service.
