Sign says they are closed on Saturday most people that work every day Monday through Friday that need their propane filled in their small individual tanks use Saturday for this. Unfortunately the website says they are open at 8 o’clock on Saturday. I get here today. We love the new tank. A monitor was put on it that can be downloaded to the mobile. My husband really likes that feature. We were set up on monthly payment plan of drafting from our bank. Nelson estimated our yearly usage and rent as the deciding factor for draft. Customer service is excellent from the main office, to the construction/installation crew and dealing with Jackie at the Gladewater office is always a joy and nice experience. Great service every time from this company. They are always prompt and go out of their way to be accommodating. They have also done some repairs for us and we're very reasonable.
