Good customer service. Delivery was preformed as scheduled. Since I was a new customer , they tested the entire house system for leaks. They installed a tank monitor for auto delivery at no charge to me. Now I don’t have to check my tank level and call them. They monitor the level and come out and fill tank after it reaches 30%. I requested an anode check on my underground tank and the service was scheduled. Everyone that I have talked with has always been very nice, helpful and friendly. The man who delivers the propane is always sweet to my dogs:)- that means so much to me!
Nelson has always been dependable and has always offered outstanding service. I won’t use anyone else. Their prices are fair and their service impeccable.
We love the new tank. A monitor was put on it that can be downloaded to the mobile. My husband really likes that feature. We were set up on monthly payment plan of drafting from our bank. Nelson estimated our yearly usage and rent as the deciding factor for draft. Customer service is excellent from the main office, to the construction/installation crew and dealing with Jackie at the Gladewater office is always a joy and nice experience. Sign says they are closed on Saturday most people that work every day Monday through Friday that need their propane filled in their small individual tanks use Saturday for this. Unfortunately the website says they are open at 8 o’clock on Saturday. I get here today. No one is here and the sign says closed on Saturday, only open Monday through Friday 8 to 5 you know people need To be able to get their business taken care of on the weekend it would be nice if the owners here realize at 8 to 12 on Saturday would be a great thin... read more
