I had run out of fuel for my generator during the last round of storms we had. Nelson came out promptly saw that my tank wasn’t big enough, brought out and installed a larger tank and put a device that notifies them when I get low. Great service and great prices.
Good customer service. Delivery was preformed as scheduled. Since I was a new customer , they tested the entire house system for leaks. They installed a tank monitor for auto delivery at no charge to me. Now I don’t have to check my tank level and call them. They monitor the level and come out and fill tank after it reaches 30%. I requested an anode check on my underground tank and the service was scheduled. Excellent service. We have a Kohler all-house generator. They monitor our tank so we don't have to!
I've used Nelson propane for 6 years. They have amazing service. I am a very happy customer.
Everyone that I have talked with has always been very nice, helpful and friendly. The man who delivers the propane is always sweet to my dogs:)- that means so much to me!
