Have always been very pleased with Nelson Propane. I especially like that when I set up for propane delivery at my new country home, I opted for their computerized alert program where THEY KNOW before I do that I am running out and automatically deliver more propane. It sure beats the days when we often ran out of propane on our own on a cold wintery day. Valuable service! Well worth it. Thank you, guys!
I am so happy we chose Nelson Propane. After several years of research on generators and how we wanted to supply it we made the decision. Richard came out and did a site review and later brought out our 250 gallon tank. Trent later hooked up the tank to our house and generator. They were both so friendly and professional. The monitor on the tank so the office knows exactly how much propane we have for Auto Refills. Thank you Nelson Propane ✌️ 🇺🇸
This technician was efficient and quick and serviced us quickly. However he forgot to turn the gas back on after he left. Because he was required to do a pressure test on our tank and valve Since we are new customers. I figured that out the afternoon after he left because I had no hot water. So it occurred to me to check my tank and found the valve was closed. Still I would recommend them because they were quick service and very efficient.
I have a great experience with this company. The office guys where great getting my account set-up. The guy came out in install my new tank. Painless process. Happy customer!
