I have a great experience with this company. The office guys where great getting my account set-up. The guy came out in install my new tank. Painless process. Happy customer!
I am so happy we chose Nelson Propane. After several years of research on generators and how we wanted to supply it we made the decision. Richard came out and did a site review and later brought out our 250 gallon tank. Trent later hooked up the tank to our house and generator. They were both so friendly and professional. This technician was efficient and quick and serviced us quickly. However he forgot to turn the gas back on after he left. Because he was required to do a pressure test on our tank and valve Since we are new customers. I figured that out the afternoon after he left because I had no hot water. So it occurred to me to check my tank and found the valve was closed. Still I would recommend them because they were quick service and very efficient.
They were prompt on their delivery and did a good job setting up the remote to notify when I need propane. The only negative is I didn’t receive an invoice showing the amount of propane nor the amount per gallon.
I lease a cabin in Big Sandy that has a propane gas range and a heater. Everyone I have dealt with at Nelson Propane has been not just professional, but friendly and very caring because I am disabled. I really appreciate their monthly payment system and monthly checks to ensure my propane tank is serviced. I feel they have gone above and beyond servicing my tank and setting it up prior to a cold spell two years ago so that I would stay warm!
