Nelson Westerberg far exceeded our expectations. They quoted a great price and came in under the amount they quoted. We had a short-notice out of state move from southern California to Idaho Falls and they performed flawlessly. I recently used them for a move to Chicago, IL and they could not have been more professional to work with for our move. The packers were on time, hard working and courteous. Our driver was the same. Our salesman, Victor was responsive and forthcoming with information. Our coordinator, Eva was professional and responsive. She followed up after our items were delivered to verify how everything went and inquired if there was any damage. The move went very smoothly and was done for the price quoted. No surprises or damages. The movers were on time and polite.
The pricing for our move was estimated at a certain amount, and I was told that if the weight went up or down the pricing would be adjusted accordingly. When the movers weighted our stuff, it turned out it was about 10% less than originally estimated. A couple days after, when I got my invoice, the pricing hadn’t been adjusted to reflect the actual weight so I called our booking person from www.nelsonwesterberg.com (his name is Tim Burns) but he insisted that I needed to pay the full estimated amount because he couldn’t do a... read more

horrible drivers
Horrible customer service. Once they give you an estimate, they totally ignore you. When you attempt to contact them with a question or concern, they refuse to respond. Avoid these guys. There are other companies out there that won't treat you the way Nelson Westerberg treats you.
Horrible customer service. Once they give you the estimate, they refuse to talk to you. Sent several messages to sales associate and to office but they refuse to respond. There are other Atlas agents around that will not ignore you. Do your homework. Don't use these guys.
