Overall it was an above average moving experience, however, it took weeks to get a move date. My belongings had to be out of storage by 8/11/19 and my unload didn’t take place until 8/29/19 and there was never a clear reason given as to why my things couldn’t get here until then. It costed me an extra $500 in storage costs.

From the estimate, to the packing, to the load up, to the delivery, the Nelson Westerberg employees, contractors, and process itself was pure professionalism. I’m sure there are less expensive movers available but after benefiting from such an amazing cross country move experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend Nelson Westerberg in the future.

Driver Fred and his crew was excellent! They handled everything in a professional and efficient manner. I have no complaints. If I would ever move again, I would special request Fred to handle my shipment.

I was helped by Sandy (account coordinator) and our wonderful driver Kevin. The experience was great from start to finish. Everyone was super friendly, helped explain the entire process, and made us feel reassured that our items would make it cross-country and without any issues. I would highly recommend these folks! Absolutely fantastic! My move was flawlessly coordinated with minimal work from myself, despite last minute schedule changes. Danielle S. was prompt, courteous and provided plenty of reminders, showing me that my smooth transfer was as important to her as it was to me. I’ve moved several times and this was by far the easiest!
