Our moving truck was late at both pick-up and delivery. The driver had to rent a smaller truck last minute (as in the next day because of course everything is already booked on a Saturday) after we told them (office staff and truck drive) multiple times a tractor trailer wouldn't fit down our narrow street. We were also told delivery would be the first weekend of the delivery window so we canceled all plans, but it ended up being the following weekend (so we again canceled all plans).
