This is in regards to my recent move from MD to PA for employment through Merck. My move id # 388486. I had particular problems with my driver Victor. He was trying to do a rush job. First, I was given a delivery time of 9-10 am and he reached at 12:30 pm. I had driven 3:30 hours to make it in time for the delivery at my new apartment, only to be left waiting for 2:30 hours. It was nice experience with the entire crew from administrators to the one who helped to pack and deliver the things .
This was our first time using professionals to move. The experience was flawless, the movers were very professional, hardworking and arrived on time. They explained the process of packing and unpacking and they made sure everything was set up and put where we want them. The guys were fantastic! We were very pleased everything was moved from our old to our new home without a scratch. My wife and I really adored Art for his professionalism!!

This was our first time using professionals to move. The experience was flawless, the movers were very professional, hardworking and arrived on time. Very professional services - took a lot of stress out of the move. Moving crew was careful with my belongings and took time at the beginning to walk through the house to discuss strategy/things to note. Move coordinator was quick to get back to me on calls/email.

The driver that I had Irron was amazing, he was able to get his truck into a really tight squeeze. The crew that he had was good and efficent, they were able to pack up my slightly messy apartment, load, and leave in under 4 hours. Cristin our CSR was very communicative, and helped me work through several things during the day of the move. I would move through Nelson again.

The team was excellent. They showed up timely (with only one small hiccup for the 3rd Party group) and were able to get things done quickly. They were very thorough for packing and loading and were on schedule to offload. Overall, it was a very good experience. The driver was top notch!
