I have tried twice to get a new patient appt, but Neospine's New Patient Scheduling Coordinator will not respond. Their process dictates that all new patient appt request must leave a vmail. It's impossible to talk to a person. Their recording promises that he/she will call back within 2 business days after leaving a vmail. Last week I had an injection to my L3 area of my lower back where I apparently have a crushed disk (Disk Degenerative Condition) by Neil R. Horrible experience I saw his arnp first and I thought it was going well she ordered a ton of tests but then when my condition worsened they squeezed me in 5 months after my initial encounter and after all of the tests came backs he had no idea why I was there. He was condescending and disrespectful, didn’t help me at all and dismissed everything I was going through. Even though my tests showed I have significant nerve damage in my left leg. My experience has been incredible! Dr Mohit is one of the best doctors I have ever seen in any capacity, and his staff are all amazing! He acknowledged the severity of my situation and got me into surgery as quickly as he could. I couldn’t be more thankful for the results so far!
Dr Mohit is very easy to talk with. He listens to comments and questions then provides thoughtful insightful answers. I saw him based on positive comments from others who have seen him. I agree and recommend anyone needing a neurosurgeon to see him.
